The Old Stables, Town Farm

The Old Stables is one of seventeen holiday cottages at Town Farm, on the edge of the Chilterns. We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. All the cottages each have their own unique charm, and we also run a campsite during the summer months. A Beautiful 300 yr old barn is a perfect place to escape & unwind. Situated in a tranquil setting down a no through lane. King size comfy bed for a good nights sleep. Sit & relax overlooking fields from the window seat. A chiminea on the patio for cosy evenings looking at the stars. Beautiful & spacious barn in the village of Ashwell. Fully equipped kitchen, living & dining area. Gallery bedroom with kingsize bed. Ground floor - 2 single or 1 king bed. Separate second lounge area with 65 inch smart TV, ground floor bedroom area with kingsize Simba bed. Bathroom (ground) - shower & bath. Utility room - washer, dryer & American fridge freezer. Ashwell has a wealth of architecture with a 14th century church & museum, freshwater springs, 3 pubs, shops & galleries.

Ashtree Annexe, part of the oldest house in town

An opportunity to stay in a refurbished old stable block, built in 1865 in the heart of the old Market Town, Baldock. With the station only a 7 min walk away you can be in Cambridge in 30 minutes and in London in an hour. Take a 5 min walk into the centre of town where there are coffee houses, pubs, other eateries and a large Tesco. The annexe has a large open kitchen, dining area and sofas, and upstairs is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin room with ensuite shower rooms. The main house is close by

Black Squirrel Barn, luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath barn

Black Squirrel Barn is a converted 3 bed 2 bath barn. It is completely self contained so you have your privacy but I am close by to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious yet homely with cosy underfloor heating downstairs. Close by are two lovely pubs with fab food. You can also find a little post office within 5 mins walk. There are many countryside walks and cycle paths running from the house yet the A1M is minutes away. A PET CONSIDERED BY REQUEST ONLY BEFORE BOOKING (£20 per week)

The Stables is a bright Architect designed Barn Conversion set in the Hertfordshire village of Breachwood Green. A self contained Barn on the same plot as the Host. Perfect for walking, cycling, or Airport related stay . Luton Airport, Harpenden, Hitchin stations are all 15-20 minutes away with easy access to the airport and London. Typical taxi fare to Airport is £15-20. The Stables has two large bedrooms, large lounge and kitchen. Vaulted ceilings throughout make for an airy feel.

The Stables, Manor Farm

The Stables , Manor Farm is situated on our family run arable farm in a small rural village on the borders of Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The cottage is let as self-catering and contains three bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms, and TVs. The master bedroom has a large king size bed that splits into two full sized single beds if needed. Also further double bedded room and a twin bedded room. It has a fully equipped living/kitchen area with TV/DVD and WiFi. Plenty of parking.

Self-contained Luxury Studio close to Tring

Our Studio located in the quiet village of Long Marston, is a bright, clean and comfortable space for one or two people. We are surrounded by some gorgeous countryside, lots of lovely walks from the village. The market town of Tring with its weekly market, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and thriving high street is 3.5 miles away. We are close to the Tring resevoirs, a delight for bird watchers. Convenient for both Luton and Heathrow airports 23 and 36 mins depending on traffic.

The Barn at the Old George and Dragon

The village of Pavenham is situated just 6 miles north of Bedford. Surrounded by the beautiful setting of the River Ouse, the village has a magnificent golf club and a pub right in the centre. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.

The Acorn - Detached, clean and quiet

Brand new detached house in an elevated position above a quiet rural lane. Great night skies and horses in the field next door. Outside sitting area and private parking. Lovely king sized double bed with views and high quality bedding. Local eggs provided for breakfast. The Acorn is in the heart of the village so it’s very easy to walk anywhere and find 2 great pubs.
