Warm and inviting, this custom-built 'Tiny One' house offers every home comfort despite its diminutive dimensions. Ingenious design and a thoughtfully considered layout maximizes the space, complete with a snuggly bedroom nook and full-size bathroom. Unique shed converted tiny home filled with love. Loft with Queen sized bed, kitchen and full bathroom. Kitchen includes one burner plug in stove top, conventional toaster oven and coffee machine. Full insulated and includes heating and cooling. The couch can be used as a sleeping space for a small child if needed. Fully stocked with the clear essentials: Wifi, Roku (Netflix and Hulu) and Nintendo System with the classics and 2 remotes. Private entrance and large backyard with basketball hoop and hammock underneath large pecan tree. Self Check in Lock Pad Access to backyard including fire pit, hammock, basketball hoop and swing. I can be as available as you'd like for me to be. I am here at all times for any questions you may have. We do have 2 young children (5 and 4) who may be playing outside in the summer months and we are very friendly so feel free to say hello! Country Club Heights is a calm residential area with many friendly neighbors. Plaza Midwood and NoDa, with their great eateries, bars, and dancing spots, are just a short ride away, whilst the heart of uptown Charlotte is only fifteen minutes by car. We offer filtered water, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil in the kitchen for your use.

This delightful tiny house in the woods can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a full kitchen, loft bedroom, bathroom w/ full tub and shower, and living area. You can sleep in comfort, enjoy making breakfast with farm fresh eggs, enjoy the morning air from the deck, sip coffee by the pond, or hike through the wooded trails. Lake Front house steps away from the water, Private dock on the homeowners property. Updated kitchen, with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and new HVAC system Use the 2 Kayaks, fish off the pier or play in the lake! What an excellent experience since Feb 2017, over 360, 5*star reviews through 2024. Highlight: We had three different couples kayaked to the small private Island and were engaged having a memory of a lifetime*** we're happy to continue to host! 2 night min.

Calm, Clean, Safe & completely remodeled 1 bed room home. King size bed. House has sleeper sofa and a small study nook. (Ideally for two). Relaxing back porch. Kitchen has an island with 2 stools all modern look. House has Wifi, Netflix, Hulu and Disney channels. This is a very small home 6ft low shower. with great quality items. Nice place to relax. Perfectly centered 5 min drive to lake, or LR University, 10 min to Downtown Hickory. 11 min to I-40. Pots, Plates, Appliances.
