A short boat and funicular ride will take us to the little alpine village of Seelisberg, Uri. We find ourselves on top of a 400m/12000ft sheer cliff high above the lake. The 180 degree panorama of Lake and surrounding peaks is breathtaking. Right below us is the Rütli Meadow, the sacred birthplace of Switzerland. The water has incredible shades of blue. I will answer questions on this Landscape of Tales and Traditions, History and Trade Routes, Swiss Independence and William Tell. Visit of cheese factory. Then Hike to Boat and crossing of the lake. Short hike to a simple farmer gondola for a ride up a 600m/1800ft cliff. A tiny blue cabin for 4. Feels almost like a small plane. Now we look down onto lake from higher up and and other side onto a parade of peaks. Optional 1h easy hike down to lake shores. The Experience ends in the small port town of Flüelen with easy connections back to Lucerne.

Ich kenne Bern, die Hauptstadt der Schweiz, in und auswendig. Es ist eine wundervolle Stadt mit sehr viel Charme und es gibt wirklich sehr viel zu entdecken. Dies ist auch der Grund, weshalb ich den Gästen gerne die absoluten TOP-Sehenwürdigkeiten der Hauptstadt zeigen möchte: Zu Fuss erkunden wir die wunderschöne Altstadt und besichtigen den Käfigturm, bestaunen das prächtige Bundeshaus (unser Parlament), schauen dem computergesteuerten Wasserspiel zu, spazieren über die 40m hohe Kirchenfeldbrücke mit phantastischer Aussicht, bewundern den Zytglockenturm mit dem eindrücklichen Glockenspiel, die beeindruckende Kirche (das Berner Münster), das frühere Armenviertel von Bern, den Bärengraben (wo richtige Bären leben), die Aare (dies ist der Fluss, welcher rund um die Stadt fliesst), das Tramdepot (ein Restaurant in welchem es eine Vielzahl von unterschiedlichen Bieren zu trinken gibt) und vielleicht, wenn wir noch Zeit haben, den Rosengarten (ein grosser Park, mit vielen Blumen und Rosenarten und mit einer phantastischen Aussicht auf Bern)! Découverte de la cave du Domaine Bertholet puis balade dans les vignobles de Villeneuve avec fondue en chemin Cette balade se fait SEUL mais elle est organisée par le Domaine Bertholet, une exploitation familiale de vignerons-encaveurs depuis 4 générations. L'expérience débute à la cave du Domaine Bertholet au centre du village de Villeneuve (Grand-Rue 36) par une visite de la cave avec le vigneron et la dégustation de 3 vins (env. 60 min.) Ensuite, nous vous remettrons le plan de la balade et la clé de la capite dans les vignes. Une montée régulière vous fera découvrir le vignoble plus ou moins pentu de Villeneuve. Après une petite heure de marche (assez raide et savoir lire une carte.... pour le parcours), vous accèderez à la capite dans les vignes où vous pourrez préparer vous-même et seul votre fondue (selon la recette) accompagnée du vin blanc "Chasselas" du Domaine. De cet endroit, vous profiterez, tout en mangeant et en dégustant un bon verre de chasselas, d'une belle vue sur le lac par delà le vignoble. Lorsque le cœur vous en dira, vous rejoindrez le départ en 3/4 d'heure. Join me in a unique photo shoot in Geneva! I would love to share with you my passion and spend a great moment of exploration in the beautiful city of Geneva. Here is the opportunity to have your pictures taken in a contrasted environment: from very urban to more natural settings, all while seeing one of the most interesting part of Geneva! I'm taking you to a photo tour to the old city. After a steep walk on the hill, we'll stop at our arrival to take our first pictures above Geneva. Then we'll get inside the old city where I'll take more photos of you at an important international historical site. We'll keep walking toward the inner city and around the Great Cathedral of Geneva. Just around the corner, we'll stop by an unusual house and we'll take more pictures by a viewpoint on the lake and the roofs of the old city. From there I'll take you through a passage to the courthouse and then toward the Great Museum of Art & History. Then we'll exit the old city toward the "Parc des Bastions" where we'll shoot our last images by a very iconic place of Geneva. Take the time to see and bring great memories home! IMPORTANT INFO: Try booking early! This will give you more flexibility and get you the best possible slot. Groups (from 3 to 6 people) get a 10% discount! Our hike's destination is Grammont - a peak in the Chablais Alps, directly across the lake from Montreux. Grammont is also the site of 'Taurendunum event', when in 563 AD a massive landslide caused a tsunami on Lake Geneva. The first part of the trail takes us from the small mountain village of Miex to the milky-blue waters of lake of Taney. On its shores there is an alpine inn, which is a perfect stop for a snack or a drink. The toughest part comes next. For about 2 hours, we will be going only uphill with the path first starting as a paved road and gradually transforming into narrow path. We will cross alpine pastures used by shepherds to graze the cattle during the summer. Conquering the summit, we will be rewarded with a breath-taking view of the Swiss Riviera and Lavaux Vineyard Terraces (UNESCO World Heritage Site), unseen from elsewhere. For the way down, we will take a barely used trail that will take us through the dense forest on the southern slope of Grammont. We will end our journey in picturesque town of Le Bouveret, where you will take a boat back to Montreux. Other things to note I will plan the hike in accordance with local weather forecast and adjust the itinerary if necessary. Public transport and boat tickets not included. The length of this hike is 20.03 km (12.45 miles) with a total ascent of 1'229 m (4'032 feet).
