The Sabina area is still authentic and unspoilt with breath-taking sceneries wherever you go. It is a magical land of castles, medieval little towns connected by winding country roads, elegant restaurants and family run taverne. NOTE : For transportation we use ONLY LUXURY cars as Audi S6 C7 Avant or Audi A5 B8 Sportback or Mercedes Benz C220 SW AMG. We don't use any kind of bus or any kind of public transportation.

During the 3-hour session, we will prepare 2 dishes FRESH PASTA and TIRAMISÙ entirely from scratch, guided by chef Paola. We'll begin by sourcing ingredients, emphasizing seasonality and freshness. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our cellar and garden where we'll pick some vegetables to use for the class. Then we'll jump to the kitchen and put our hands in the dough or, using an Italian expression, "mettere le mani in pasta". I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls. Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables. After making the tagliatelle and ravioli , it will be time to make the typical Italian cake 'tiramisù' following the recipe of my great grandma. We'll have a day trip through the woods north of Rome, hunting truffles with the help of trained dogs, we will pass through areas rich in history of outstanding natural beauty. After the trip we will go to have lunch at my house, we will learn how to cook truffles dishes and we'll eat them for lunch with a very good wine. I will cook for you many different courses, all with fresh truffles! You will can taste many different combinations with fresh truffles! Other things to note We have two locations to do the tour, both easy to reach and close to Rome, it is possible to change location even a few days before the tour. During the visit we'll uncover the Colosseum's dark 2,000 year history and gain restricted access to sites only accessible with accredited guides. At the Colosseum we'll skip the long ticket lines and venture into the dungeons, a labyrinth of passages, elevators, and trap doors which were used to bring gladiators and animals up to the arena floor, shocking and thrilling the crowds. Next you'll walk in the same steps as emperors, gladiators and doomed prisoners on the arena floor. The arena floor is where the Colosseum's violent games took place, and gives you the perspective of gladiators, as well as a great opportunity for photos. In the Forum, we'll visit pagan temples and tombs, the house of the Vestal Virgins, the Senate house, and Julius Cesare's tomb, among other important ancient ruins. NOTES: - Due to extremely limited tickets to Dungeons, it's difficult to secure physical tickets within 30 days of the experience.
